Any submission must not have been, or will not be published elsewhere or submitted to another publication before the review notification date of this conference. Conference organizers are responsible for the technical quality of paper on the basis of reviews obtained. It is sole responsibility of author/s if their paper detects plagiarism even in later stages of quality check. No registration fee will be refunded in any case if your paper is excluded from proceedings by the Publisher.
The conference’s official language is English. All papers must be written in Englis according to the following instructions.

Full Paper

Prospective authors are invited to submit original papers (not under consideration elsewhere) in the standard format, presenting new theoretical and/or experimental research.
Submissions should not exceed 10 pages, including figures, tables, and references (papers exceeding 10 pages will incur a surcharge of $50 per extra page). Papers will be evaluated based on originality, significance, clarity, relevance, and presentation, and reviewed by at least two to three committee members.
To be included in the proceedings, each accepted paper must be presented by an author, and at least one full ISRC 2025 registration fee must be paid.

Abstract

Abstract-only submissions will be included in the conference program but will not be published in the conference proceedings. Authors of these submissions will still have the opportunity to actively participate in the conference by delivering an oral presentation or showcasing their work through a poster presentation during the event. This approach allows participants to share their research findings, engage in meaningful discussions, and receive valuable feedback from peers and experts in their field, even without a full paper publication.
Abstract template

The official language of the conference is English. All submitted papers must be written in English. Authors are required to submit their manuscripts in either Word or PDF formats for review.
For the initial submission, strict formatting is not mandatory; authors can focus on presenting their research clearly and effectively. However, if a paper is accepted, authors will need to revise and format their manuscripts according to the reviewers' comments and the formatting template provided.
